Not because I wasnโt doing well but because deep inside, I knew I had more to give, more to learn, and more to become.
I started my career in the Singapore public sector and rotated through 4 organizations. The work was impactful at the national scale, but I felt stuck.ย
I was curious about the private sector and wanted to help organizations build people & culture, so I pivoted into a global hospitality company as the Asst. VP of Talent Management & Org Development.
Soon, I reached a point where I felt stuck againโin Singapore. I began to wonder, what else is possible outside of Singapore.
